Reliance Litigation is a marketing company, servicing clients who have suffered injury by pharmaceutical drugs or medical products. We are looking for a QA Analyst to monitor client intake calls for compliance with company practices and provide feedback to improve call quality and client satisfaction. The QA Analyst will listen to recorded inbound/outbound calls and score them on a variety of metrics. We will provide training on our company’s software and call procedures, but we are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and have a background in QA or call centers.

Job Requirements:

● Detail oriented, analytical, and able to multitask

● Strong computer skills, including prior experience with CRM software

● At-home office free of distractions with relatively new equipment and strong internet

connection

● Flexibility to perform within a growing company

● Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

● Previous call center experience preferred

One of the best things about this position is the flexibility in the schedule. There will be scheduled trainings for new hire orientation and scheduled meetings, but once you’ve learned everything, you can work when you have time to log in. We are looking for people who can put in full-time equivalent or can come close to 40 hours a week.

Compensation is $15/hour. This is a remote contract position.
