As a Senior Accountant, your duties will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment to support the continued success of the firm.Key responsibilitiesSupply Balance Sheet account reconciliations

Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives

Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process

Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary

Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary Requirements - Prior work done in public accounting is desired

Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

Sound written and verbal communication skills

General ledger experience

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

Experience in SOX control execution/documentation

3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus

Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

Skilled at time management

Skilled with ERP systems
