Adult Group Home Staff (Missoula)

Winds of Change is hiring Adult Group Home Staff to serve clients with Severe Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI). The Adult Group Home Staff will be responsible for the daily operations of the house and will have face to face contact with residents including developing social support systems, oversight of meal preparation, reporting incidents, attending mandatory training. All residents are independent in their ADL's. Must have high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be able to pass a background check, cannot have history of abuse, neglect or exploitation.
