MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED (North Syracuse)

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Must have Apartment Maintenance experience. Knowledge, Including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC & general Apt turnover required. We are seeking a maintenance tech with the following skills:

Able to Multitask

Organized individual

Able to work without immediate supervision

Ability to think independently and creatively particularly in times of emergency

Ability to relate well to others

MUST have valid driver's license, own vehicle and basic tools

Includes company benefits - Shared On Call duties (on only every third week) - Vacation time after 90 days and 10 paid Holidays per year!
