Auto Mod Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Auto Mod Technical Lead in San Antonio, Texas (TX).Responsibilities include: Partner with solution engineers providing technical leadership/oversight for workstream Utilizing mid-level designs from Solution Engineer and Cap to lead low level design sprint prior to planned development start date Lead high-level code reviews to ensure quality, smooth daily operations, adherence to development design and standards Auto Mod Technical Lead owns decision log for horizontal workstream and will need to communicate changes to vertical leads when applicable Participates in Service Guidance Board process (CTO & tech lead review) Provide formal sign off on stories for technical attributes Auto Mod Technical Lead will support removing impediments, escalate where appropriate, and achieve sprint objectives Log Tech Debt and support Solution Engineer in prioritization Partners with Tech LeadsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in IT related field (or equivalent work experience) 4-6+ years of work experience in tech lead specifically in systems or development life cycle Demonstrated Adaptability; Collaboration skills; Business acumen; Communication skills, innovation Experience working as automation lead in large project Experience working REST API development Experience working with Talon Preferred experience using AWS, TerraformKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
