Maintenance Technician / Skilled Labor (Louisville)

compensation: Pay hourly up to $25.00 depending on qualifications.

House Buyers Inc. (Jay). We’ve been a single-family house landlord for over 25 years, with most of our houses in the west-end of Louisville. We need help getting our houses ready to rent. Help with work-orders / service calls. Help with Section 8 inspection repairs. And Help with renovation of houses we buy to make them ready to rent.

Here’s the deal,

We pay weekly. 40 hours a week. Weekdays. More hours if you like but not required.

You need your own truck or van. You will be getting materials to the houses.

You need a valid driver’s license.

You need your own hand tools and basic power tools.

You need to be able to talk with tenants – to do work orders and repairs.

You need to be able to work on your own or with another person… and get the work done.

You need to be able to do this kind of work… finish the entire job and clean up.

Most importantly, you need to be a quality person.

Honest.

Show up on time.

Do what you say.

Get along with everyone.
