Mobile Home rehab tech

Busy manufactured home park is looking to hire 2 techs full time to complete rehabs/turns of units.

Must have experience with flooring , painting , siding , carpentry , some electrical & plumbing , skirting , replacement of windows & doors .

You must work fast , efficiently , clean & accurate.

w2 position only. 40 hours a week. $17 an hour with possible overtime.
