Compass Run is currently accepting applications for culinary positions (line cook, entry level cook, advanced cook, pastry cook) in fast paced professional environment with potential for internal advancement. We will focus on a modern approach to casual cuisine and libations inspired by the American South, with a focus on seafoods and country cuisine, in a fun, casual atmosphere.

Creative menu opportunities are always available with daily features, tasting menu dishes, local seasonal produce availability, and garde manger/pastry features. Working with vast varieties of fresh seafoods, scratch baking, whole animal and fish butchery, charcuterie of the world, barbecue, and pastry production are just a few of the disciplines we enjoy. Full time four day work weeks and reasonable restaurant hours of operation allow for exceptional work life balance opportunity.

Minimum Culinary job requirements are: proficient knife skills and a basic knowledge of both classical and contemporary cuisine, willing attitude, able to work well on a tight knit team, good work ethic, and a genuinely passionate disposition. Exposure to global food trends and fine dining a plus.
