Toutant is currently accepting Line Cook applications for positions within an fast paced professional environment with potential for internal advancement. We will focus on a serious modern approach to a cuisine and libations inspired by the American south in a fun, casual atmosphere.
Scratch Baking, Barbecue, Smoked Meats, Sausage Making, Whole Animal and Fish Butchery, and Pastry Production are just a few of the disciplines we enjoy. Full time four day work weeks allow for exceptional work life balance opportunity.
Minimum Culinary job requirements are: proficient knife skills and a basic knowledge of both classical and contemporary cuisine, willing attitude, able to work well on a tight knit team, good work ethic, and a genuinely passionate disposition. Exposure to global food trends and fine dining a plus.
