Become a Bartender at Bickering Twins

Bickering Twins is a Latin American restaurant and bar. We are looking to add a bartender to our team. We are looking for an applicant who can fill 2 shifts either for Tuesdays & Thurdays OR for Wednesdays and Sundays. Shifts run from roughly 4-11:00 pm. Sometimes the shifts may end as early as 10 or 10:30pm.

The most popular drinks you will be tasked with making are our House Margarita as well as variations on our margarita that include jalapeno, hibiscus, and tamarind. You will also make palomas, mojitos, and other Latin cocktails and will prepare our tequila and mezcal flights that include tastings of three spirits.

At our restaurant, we charge a fixed 18% service charge to all customers for dine-in service and 15% to all takeout customers. As a result, all of our bartenders will be payed a fixed wage, starting between $14-16 hour based on experience. On top of the fixed wage, you will receive a 20% share of the tips made in a given night. When including fixed wage and tips, our staff tend to make an average of somewhere between $20-$30 per hour.

All Candidates will be payed a training wage of $13/hour without tips for their first 4 shifts, and then their wage will raise to the agreed upon rate.
