Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team in Las Vegas, NV on a direct hire basis. This role reports directly to the IT Manager onsite. Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:- Interacting with end users to resolve their technical issues, either in person or over the phone.
- Installing and repairing computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting LAN/WAN.
- Working with various vendors and suppliers for all IT related needs.
- Providing stellar customer service to internal users, following up to ensure systems are working properly.
Your previous experience includes:- 2-4 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience
- Technical proficiency supporting MS Windows environments
- MS Office support experience
- LAN/WAN experience
