Keyholder

This role is for a well-known fashion company. This lively, company is looking for a driven and organized Keyholder to work in the Sevierville, TN area.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Keyholder who has extensive experience working in Retail. As a Keyholder you are responsible for delivering a transformational customer experience, building with one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales.

Responsibilities:

Focus on meeting and exceeding personal sales goals and total store goals

Drive the business and prioritize selling while keeping team focused

Establish a rapport with your clients, leaders, peers and cross functional partners

Assist store leaders with executing business initiatives in an effective and efficient manner

Ability to lift and/or move 50lbs.

Display business acumen with explaining KPI’s to associates in partnership with store leaders

Develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales

Housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

0-2 years experience as a Keyholder is a plus

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, and weekends

Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results

Able to work in a fast pace environment

Must be organized

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
