Description: Perform as an Administrative Assistant for a multi-manager organization with the ability to perform normal office functions and variety of secretarial administrative duties for the leadership team. Duties will include phone and calendar support, general office coordination, and supply procurement. The candidate will be required to compile monthly overhead spending status reports and analysis. Candidate will be required to support some business traveler arrangement and expense report completion. The individual must possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of customer and company personnel. The candidate must be professional, reliable and flexible. The candidate will need experience in prioritizing meetings utilizing various platforms such as teleconferencing/ videoconferencing.Additional duties include supporting customer relations by setting up and coordinating site visit requests, clearances with LM Security, interface with customers during visits and meetings.Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically the following;Microsoft Office Outlook Calendar Management.Microsoft Excel Skills to manipulate reports and provide actionable data.Microsoft Powerpoint Skills to create presentations.Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules for leaders.Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.Desired Skills:The following are desired, but not required:- Ideal candidate with possess an “Active” Secret level security clearance- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin / Industry administrative systems and process, including Concur, Skype, and DOD per diem travel requirements- Preferred candidate will have experience with budgeting, estimating, and tracking department health with willingness to learn the business area and organizational needs.- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
