GENERAL PURPOSE:Responsible for the accurate and timely payments of expense invoices. Performs duties related to maintaining strong vendor relations. Resolve invoices in Ariba Invoice Pro Exceptions Queue. Assist in vendors’ Master Data Management (MDM) updates, Ad hoc projects, month end, and year end activities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reconcile and verify expense invoices in Ariba Invoice Pro solution and Ross ERP system to ensure accurate and timely payments.Identify and resolve problem expense invoices with use of the purchase order system. Communicating with vendors and all internal departments.Analyze expense invoices for proper sales/use tax payment or accrual.Respond timely and accurately to vendor inquiries.Review PeopleSoft online Payment Requests for appropriate back-up and approval prior to voucher creation.Perform occasional data entry for exception items that aren’t processed through Ariba, Uploads, or Payment Requests.Communicate potential problems to Lead Specialist and Supervisor in order to expedite special payment arrangements.Complete daily production log.COMPETENCIES:Results Driven/Organizational AgilityIntegrity and TrustPeer Relationships/Interpersonal SavvyCustomer ServiceProblem Solving/Technical CompetenceCommunicationCritical ThinkingInterpersonal DriveQUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :Minimum 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience in [high volume?] invoice processing and resolution.
