DescriptionAbout this roleThe Aladdin Business and eFront Business is merging and aligning in terms of processes and tools for resourcing and project management. We are looking for a candidate to work as part of the global Resource Management team that will efficiently resource projects of the Aladdin Client Transformation team in US. The candidate would serve as the point person to centralize resource requests and do staffing updates of projects for the Aladdin/eFront Community. After completion of Company orientation and training, the Resource Manager will be accountable for ACT project resourcing and data maintenance of our staffing tool. The Resource Manager will report to the Head of Resource Management Office or a Team Lead and will work closely with the other members of the team.We are looking in both Atlanta, Georgia & New York City, New York.Key responsibilities include:
  • Review and process booking requests on a daily base. (Resource request / Booking update) - Reflect projects bookings in our staffing tool
  • Ensure all projects are effectively staffed with appropriately skilled people in due time
  • Effective communication with the Line Managers to make sure the right resources are assigned on projects
  • Effective communication with members of the Resource Management Team and Field Management Team to keep projects on track from a delivery and cost perspective
  • Ensure data quality of the different reports used for Capacity, Forecast and Utilization
  • Act as a main day to day contact for different stakeholders (Head of Region / Project Managers / Consultants / RMO team)
  • Make sure resourcing processes and best practices in place are applied
  • Take care of sub-contracting Partners when needed following internal processes in place
  • Participate to calls to review pipeline and forecast ensuring staffing of projects is anticipated and that we have enough capacity to deliver
Experience Required
  • Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organization and planning skills, with ability to function in a fast-paced environment
