Job DescriptionJoin the Clean Energy RevolutionBecome a Change Management Communications Senior Specialist at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job you will serve as the main point of contact for project- and program-specific internal communications in support of change management strategies and initiatives. This includes the creation of fact sheets, job aids, FAQs, Sway and PowerPoint presentations, talking points and informative e-mails to large audiences, among other duties.As a Sr Specialist , you will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions, and create cleaner air for everyone. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?A day in the life-Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!Lead the creation of ad hoc internal communications across change programs or projects, as assigned.

Develop communication content and gather images to accompany content included in program, OU or project level communications.

Create executive scripts for videos and assemble presentation format/layouts.

Facilitate the distribution of the developed content and capture any metrics related to consumption of that content.

Serve as support for web and SharePoint content specifically for the change programs and projects, enabling corporate change strategies.

Develop and monitor communication plans related to change initiatives.

QualificationsThe essentialsFive years of communications experience.

Two years’ experience providing change related communications support for project teams.

Versatile in presentation and communication vehicles and methodologies.

The preferredBachelors degree or higher in communications or related field.

Must have strong written and verbal skills.

Ability to manage a balanced portfolio of projects with integrated project messaging

Ability to be a strong collaborator with an action-oriented mindset.

Be able to communicate to all audience levels (executive- line and field employees)

Must have knowledge of Office 365 software suite.

Ability to live the Edison values.

You should know …Work Mode: When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
