Job Description:

The Medical Portfolio Analyst must be extremely detail oriented, charismatic able to think strategically and quickly while negotiating over the phone with clients.

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to develop our client relationships from the first phone. The Patient Coordinator will take ownership and facilitate all surgical scheduling and provide an amazing client experience throughout the process. The ideal individual is a team player who is able to provide concierge-level service and be hyper responsive to our client’s needs. The right person would be able to see beyond their position and jump in to assist in other tasks.

This role requires a skilled communicators and negotiator to identify potential risks to the case, the company and resolving these issues that arise with our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with medical providers and patients to schedule surgeries, procedures and consultations

- Answer phones (professional phone etiquette), take detailed messages, and redirect calls appropriately)

- Advising all parties of current case status and treatment updates.

- Preparing client forms and contracts for review and execution.

- Keeping client files organized with all current contracts and case documents.

- Working with medical facilities to obtain billing information for timely payment.

- Monitoring and stay informed all active and pending medical applications. Keeping applications moving continuously.

- Provide current payoffs and liens to accounts in portfolio.

- Negotiate lien resolution within company set parameters.

- Collect information on the settlement of a case for all reduction requests and evaluate payment histories of an account to determine a solution to the request.

- Keeping cases current in portfolio and stay on top of any issues that require monitoring.

- Maintaining working relationships with our clients.

Qualifications:

This analyst will be required to work standard working hours Monday through Friday and be adaptable to the needs to the business.

Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills and a good business

Experience in the legal field and knowledge of personal injury law is a plus.

Professional and proactive approach to work

B2B (soft collections) experience preferred

Detail oriented, very organized

Outgoing personality with positive attitude

Self-motivated problem solver

Ability and comfortable interacting with all levels of management

Strong character, ethics, and a high standard of performance

3+ years of experience in credit and collection or in a similar role.

Experience in the legal field and knowledge of personal injury law is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from an accredited 4 year university is a plus

Compensation:Full-time

Depending on experience

Salary: $33,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year

Experience:

Personal Injury Law: 1 year (Preferred)
