Coronado Leather is a premium leather goods designer and manufacturer in Barrio Logan - San Diego. For over 30 years we have been designing and producing premium leather goods right here in our leather shop in San Diego, as well as our facility in Mexico. We sell direct to consumer online and wholesale to retailers worldwide.

The position is responsible for coordinating our retail/consumer orders daily (including picking & packing), managing our wholesale orders, invoicing them in Quickbooks and processing and printing our shipping labels. You will also maintain inventory levels, manage incoming leather shipments and keep our warehouse organized among other warehouse duties.

Looking for a motivated individual that is not afraid of working hard with a small team. Room for growth and an expanded roll. MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED & DETAIL ORIENTED with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a small company atmosphere.

Experience in working Quickbooks & Shopify is preferred and you must have very strong computer and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepares shipments for National and International Retailers, Consumers and Distributors: pick, pack and process items to ensure safe and accurate delivery.

- Keep finished goods warehouse and raw materials warehouse organized, accurate and efficient.

- Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.

- Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.

- Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.

- Update and maintain shipping and inventory records in Quickbooks, Googledocs & Shopify

- Maintain inventory records of raw materials as well as finished goods, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records

- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, standards

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

- Strong organizational skills

- Quickbooks, Shopify and Google Docs experience

- Experience with software systems including UPS World Ship, QuickBooks, Stamps.com Fed Ex, Google Calendar.

Salary & Hours:

- Hourly Rate (depending on qualifications)

- Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
