Exciting new modern Italian restaurant coming soon to the heart of downtown Fairfield needs you for an explosive and fast paced opening!

Il Pellicano offers thoughtful, innovative and unique takes on classic Roman street dishes as well as reinvented versions of Italian-American restaurant staples. Grounded in comfortable classics, these dishes are anything but traditional with curated ingredients, modern presentation and a deep commitment to quality.

Now, you can be a part of our kitchen team with a variety of openings available. Line cooks, prep assistants and general kitchen porters are needed to round out an already stellar team of seasoned professionals. So if you're experienced yet willing to learn and hungry for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Additionally, servers, busser-runners and highly skilled bartenders are welcome to apply! With a whimsical bar stocked and driven by a master mixologist, the beverage program will be integral to the Pellicano experience. Our extremely unique cocktails come with all the education needed to successfully discuss and sell the product so if you're into deep learning on spirits, now's your chance to get paid while doing so!
