E78 Partners Digital Operations is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join the Digital Operations team in support of small and medium-sized businesses undergoing significant M&A activity as well as rapid Enterprise establishment and growth. Primary responsibilities include tier 3 remote support, occasional local client site troubleshooting visits, and occasional project-based travel. This is a heavily client facing position and the Senior IT Engineer is expected to exhibit exceptional communication and relationship building skills. E78 Partners Digital Operations is providing IT support services for rapidly scaling Dental Service Organizations (DSO) as well as individual dental and medical offices and personnel throughout the US. The Senior IT Engineer will provide hardware and software installation services at each customer site to ensure limited to no downtime for their offices. This role will assist in the installation of practice specific software (practice management systems, 2D and 3D imaging), as well as corporate initiatives such as monitoring tools deployment or onsite/cloud backup solutions. The Senior IT Engineer will also provide Tier 3 escalation support for escalations the service desk could not resolve. The Senior IT Engineer will spend 5-6 days a month on-site primarily supporting hardware refreshes that typically take a day or two each (regional travel only). The Senior IT Engineer will possess exceptional customer support skills, critical thinking, and technical proficiency. The Senior IT Engineer candidate will be joining a fast-growing team focusing on delivering exceptional services to rapidly scaling Dental Service Organizations (DSO) as they acquire and integrate small to medium sized dental practices. This role is Hybrid, with a 50% on-site requirement. Required Experience:

  • Windows server experience (deployments, upgrades, configuration, support)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • 3+ years' experience in an MSP or supporting rapid M&A activities
  • Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
  • Active Directory consolidation and migration experience
  • M365 consolidation and migration experience
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 related issues
  • Configuration, manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
Preferred Experience
  • HIPAA
  • ITIL certifications
  • Azure or AWS
  • Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware
  • MacOS a plus
