RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Tech Risk Analyst in a partially remote setting. The right candidate will have to be onsite for 2-3 days per month.Summary:The Tech Risk Analyst is responsible for driving risk management and governance strategies for emerging areas such as cloud, digital, rapid development and deployment models, and cybersecurity. The individual will be responsible for understanding threat sources, exposure to the organization, and updating our Technology Risk and Control Framework to include adequate controls to address emerging risks.Duties Include: Ensure that the Technology Risk and Control Framework for cloud and digital is aligned to regulatory requirements and guidance, including the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council's (FFIEC) IT Examination Handbook, as well as the FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool (CAT) and other third-party risks and controls frameworks (e.g., COBIT 5) Develops and reports on key activity and performance and risk indicators concerning IT risk management Coordinates with appropriate internal teams to facilitate the development of information technology governance, risk measurement, and compliance tracking measures Oversee IT and security controls, determining the desired level of assurance that the controls are effective in their application As a Tech Risk Analyst, you will ensure that an IT and security risk management process is implemented for information assets that systematically assure that risks have been identified and appropriately addressed Ensures all activities are in accordance with company and regulatory risk and compliance requirements May provide control mentoring to other team members May review work products produced by team members Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required; A Master's degree in a related field is preferred CRISC, CISA, CISSP and/or CISM certification(s) preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT risk management, Technology Audit, and/or other IT, security, or risk-related positions Expert knowledge of IT, security and risk disciplines and practices; Exposure to technology risk and control frameworks such as COBIT, ISF, ISO27002, NIST Strong working knowledge of technology governance concepts; Policy and standards development; Documentation of risk management frameworks and development and reporting of IT risk metrics Strong understanding of audit and assessment processes and concepts Able to effectively interact with technology teams, information security and technology design, and deployment experience is desirable Competencies in technology controls, emerging threats, information security, Cloud, APIs, Mobile application development, Big data, and cybersecurity Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization; Strong presentation skills are requiredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
