Branch Manager (Twin Falls)

HD Fowler Company is looking for full-time Twin Falls Branch Manager.

The Branch Manager position is a critical part of our operations at HD Fowler Company. You will be responsible for facilitating and monitoring all aspects of branch operations.

Who we are looking for:

Experience in warehouse management and experience in the waterworks, irrigation, pumps and/or construction industry a plus.

Career driven and passionate about staff development and overall team health.

Highly organized multi-tasker with and an eye for detail.

Competitive, self-starter who is both ambitious and works well in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

What you will do:

Facilitate and monitor all branch tasks including inventory management, sales and marketing, compliance, reporting, bid board management, customer relations, accounts, budgeting and fiscal responsibility, procedural standards and safety.

Proactively collaborate with other departments and provide great internal/external customer service.

Actively engage with HD Fowler team and staff to promote a strong safety culture.

Foster staff career growth and development.
