Job Description

Your New Role

The OCM Analyst will build and develop organisational change capability whilst driving the execution of change management across the project. This includes being responsible for all business change management and BAU activities across the program and accountable for the success of change outcomes. The role will work with the relevant teams to ensure that the changed business processes and system are deployed successfully. The OCM Analystwill direct the training and communications and will have oversight of the relevant communications for submission to internal and external parties.

Specific Functions

  • Understand the project scope and requirements
  • Assess the impact of change, including people, process, technology and systems (from “As Is” to “To Be”) on the business and define how these impacts will be managed
  • Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage the business and people impacts of proposed changes on both project and BAU initiatives
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and is seen as a trusted advisor on the management of people related business risks and project benefits
  • Critically evaluate and question information provided, anticipate implications and work with the Business Analysts to produce business impact assessments
  • Conduct, analyse and document post implementation reviews, build key learnings into future change management plans
  • Facilitate Information and Training Sessions and evaluate effectiveness of Information/Training Sessions
  • Develop and execute multi-channel communications plans with the support of other related functional teams to prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in a new environment, with a new technology or within a new organisational structure
  • Utilise corporate tools and analysis to prepare for change, training plans and outreach material
  • Collaborate and consult with end-users and colleagues to execute the change and communications strategy.

Qualifications

About You and What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • Experience in Organisational Change Management in a Defence context
  • The ability to modify deliverables based on project and client needs
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectation at a senior level
  • Experience in working in an ICT environment, preferably in network administration.

  • Ability to apply OCM skills across broad reaching sets of stakeholders
  • Solid facilitationskills to adiverse setof stakeholders across all levels
  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks, which have conflicting demands
  • Self-directed, highly-motivated, and flexible to perform in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a professional and team environment
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent consulting skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Software.
