This includes protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe, and helping find cures for cancer.POSITION SUMMARY:The Director of Business Transformation will report to the VP/GM of BioServices and Specialty Logistics (BSL) within the Pharma Services Group (PSG), Clinical Trials Division (CTD). This position will be responsible for standing up our business transformation office- leading and implementing our strategic pillar initiative for stabilizing and scaling our foundational business processes globally. The role will use in-depth project management and thought leadership skills to drive our BSL Playbook strategy and associated business growth projects. The responsibilities include developing and leading Project Managers to harmonize and develop end to end business processes, technology platforms, and associated change management activities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver on STRAP objectives tied to our BSL Playbook:Standardize business processes to enable a consistent customer experience

Organizational alignment to drive and rally around a customer-first focus

End-to-end customer account management

Guide project personnel and team members in the development and implementation of a series of specific initiatives to transform the end-to-end BSL global playbookProvide leadership, strategic direction, and project management to the overall program and individual projectsResponsible for business process innovation and taking ideas, from concept to implementationPromotes continuous improvement through PPI tools and sharing expertise with team members and colleagues to drive step change in BSL business processesSupports the development of detailed project plans and implement projects in accordance with business transformation methodologyBuilds critical metric dashboard, that proactively monitors process, progress and results, crafts feedback loop into workflow. Constantly challenging "the work" to identify improvements and drive efficiency in the business process.Champion employee engagement & development by directing a team of 3+ project professionalsWorks in partnership with BSL/CTD/PSG functional and business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and develop standard methodologies to be implemented in the businessDevelop cross functional relationships across the organization to drive efficiency across the whole project lifecycleUp to 25% global travel.Qualifications & Experience:Requires a bachelor’s degree in a life science, technical or business-related subject area or 10+ years equivalent work experience.Experience in a service delivery environment highly preferred.Certification in project management and/or change management is preferred.We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits!
