Landscape Crew Leader Entry Level

Here is what you would do:

You would be a leader and member of a small crew of (2 to 4) landscape professionals visiting commercial properties and maintaining the landscape. You will report each morning to the Operations Manager at our shop location. From there you will travel as a group to various commercial business locations and work on the landscaping. This position will sometimes be the leader directing work for the team and sometimes as a member of a larger group to trim (weed eat), edge, mow, trim hedges, prune ornamentals, pick up yard waste and use a backpack blower.

This is a brand-new position created by the fast growth of the company.

You would be responsible for:

Leading a team and mowing, trimming (weed eating), hedge trimming, edging, and blowing, picking up trash and debris. Working as a part of a team some days.

Maintaining a polite, friendly, professional demeanor with customers and teammates.

Exceptional reliability and dependability.

You have a valid driver’s license and experience driving trucks and trailers.

You have several years or more of lawn and landscape maintenance experience and proficient in every aspect of it.

You have a lot of experience with HOA properties.

You have a lot of experience with irrigation services.

Have a strong desire to move up to higher management positions.

PAY: $16 to $19 an hour and based on experience level. This is a year-round full-time position.
