Restaurant Manager

The Court of Two Sisters is hiring for an experienced full-time dinner manager to join our team. Located in the heart of the French Quarter on Royal St, we specialize in a la carte fine dining as well as special events.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

scheduling the front of house staff

hiring the front of house staff

training the front of house staff

maximizing covers while managing reservations and walkins

closing restaurant at end of shift

Applicants must have previous restaurant management experience and knowledgeable in Positouch.
