We are looking for additional team members to help create and execute brunch and dinner dishes and services. These team members will do so within a respectful and dignified environment that teaches and develops them and empowers them to become autonomous thinkers. In time, they will become great hospitality leaders.

THE OFFER:

In addition to a dynamic professional environment, Sylvain offers hourly rates (+tips), with compensation ranging from $18-$22 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS:

- believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect from teammates throughout the property to each guest

- upbeat, optimistic and hospitable

- willing to work as a critical part of a great team

- willing to learn and grow in responsibility

- passionate about food, beverage and taking care of people

- reliable

- be able to stand on feet for 10 hours

- able to lift 50lb

- good communication and hospitality skills

- creative
