Organic Farm and Greenhouse

Morning Dew Farm is hiring!

We are seeking part-time harvest help (weekday mornings) for the fall as well as taking applications for a year-round, full-time assistant manager position. Responsibilities may include weekly delivery to Portland region if interested.

Our farm grows and harvests organic vegetables year round. We work outdoors in the fields March to November. Our microgreens greenhouse and our new pack/wash barn are bustling with activity year round. We also have a busy greenhouse season in the spring growing and selling vegetable and flower starts for home gardeners. Every employee has a diverse range of tasks, and we work with individuals to create a job list that best suits their interests, existing skill set and acquisition of new skills. All employees are responsible for working individually and as a team to grow, harvest and distribute vegetables to our community.

Farm, food service, landscaping or greenhouse experience a plus but not necessary.
