Full Time Server

We are seeking one person to add to our team. The ideal candidate can work most Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 4:30pm-10:30pm, as well as a few mornings a week(the time/days of these shifts can be more flexible). We do tip sharing here, with the end of the day hourly wage being roughly $28/hr.

We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to provide great customer service, we can teach everything else.

Dara Bistro acts as the town coffee shop Monday through Friday from 7am-11am, and then Thursday through Sunday nights we switch things up and serve a proper sit down dinner from 5pm-8pm. The mix between the two paces is lovely, with the dinner service being about slowing our customers down and enjoying the nights, and the morning being a fast paced, loud, get the customer out the door kind of a spot. It makes for a really fun and dynamic position.
