Manager for Corporate Cafe No Nights No Weekends

Corporate Eats Inc. is hiring for a General Manager for one of our locations in Twin Cities area.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

An upbeat and energetic personality.

Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience.

A passion for hospitality.

The understanding of a Quick-service, Corporate Cafe.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Positive attitude.

Genuine, honest, organized and fun.

Can multi-task and think on his/her feet.

A person accepting this position would be expected to have experience in the following areas and would put those skills into practice daily:

Interviewing, hiring and training staff.

Enforce procedure, process, and policies.

Monitor ordering and inventory management.

Maintaining quality and providing value to each guest.

Responsible for office administration: invoicing, hiring paperwork, payroll, weekly reports, bank deposits, etc.

Accountable for P& L by managing labor, controlling food costs, verifying sales and adjusting expenses accordingly.

Strong knowledge of food!
