Job Description
We are looking for experienced and energetic people to join our efforts in providing exceptional customer service for our clients. You will work with consumers to notify them of payments due on their accounts and kindly guide customers through available options. This position can be stressful and difficult at times. An agentwill have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this role.
Position Functions- Perform inbound and outbound calls for our clients
- Consult with customers to discuss their account and payment options available
- Process customer payments and negotiate payment plans
- Assist the customer in a friendly and professional manner to meet the clients needs
Qualifications
Experience Required- Ability to read/write the English language and use proper grammar
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections in a friendly manner
- Ability to learn new skills and generally computer savvy
- Competitive nature and ability to stay on task
- Basic mathematical knowledge of percentages and payment processes
Additional Information
Agents are paid a competitive pay structure to include incentive in addition to base pay.
Schedule and HoursOur office is open M-F, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Shift will be assigned based on business needs.
