Design network solutions for our automated trading infrastructureImplement and maintain a high availability, low latency network infrastructureTroubleshoot network and network related issuesCollaborate with other team members on new technology solutionsWork with other teams within the firm to address technological issuesProactively monitor the network and provide capacity planning Requirements Seasoned engineer, ideally with a CCIE, experience building and maintaining production financial/trading networksExperience with multicast and unicast routing protocols (TCP/IP, PIM, BGP, OSPF)Experience with the design, deployment, and operation of modern IP multicast networksWorking knowledge of low latency networking conceptsExperience with firewall administration and site to site VPNSome hands-on required for data center workDeep understanding of the TCP/IP stack
