Position: The CampGuide

Purpose -

We’re looking for brilliant, empathetic and friendly outdoors enthusiasts to join our Tentrr Experience

Team! Being part of this team means you’re quick on your feet, an expert at using our website and

have exceptional interpersonal skills. This team is the face of Tentrr and strives to make the Tentrr

Camper Experience the very best it can possibly be. The State Park experience includes full

management of the campsite, essentially becoming the CampKeeper for the sites within a certain

State Park. The position includes cleaning, being on your feet, getting to know the park, being outside, coordinating with campers for arrivals and making sure the park is ready to accept guests.

There are 10 Tentrr campsites currently in place at Sleeper State Park, as well as a few cabins that need to be maintained. We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.

How it works:

We will provide all the tools you need to be the best CampGuide CampKeeper you can be. From

meeting and greeting campers to ensuring the campsite is ready for them, their effortless getaway is

in your hands!

Responsibilities -

- Know everything there is to know about camping with Tentrr

- Provide friendly and efficient support to every Tentrr Camper

- Be a first point of contact to resolve Camper issues via phone, email and live chat

- Mediate discrepancies between users

- Goal oriented and passionate for success

- Ability to multitask flawlessly

- On call when there are campers at the park [24/7 camper support]

Skills & Experience -

- ‘Nice person’ written all over you

- Comfortable on the phone with strangers

- Experience in escalating and de-escalating issues

- Experience in a customer facing role

- Sharp eye for detail

- Excellent judgement and decisiveness under pressure

- No qualms about going the extra mile

Bonus Points -

- Lover of all things camping and the outdoors

- Familiarity with ticketing system

- Knowledge and/or experience in measuring customer satisfaction

- You have a smartphone and internet

- Bilingual
