Service Advisor - Automotive (Columbia Heights)

Wagamon Brothers is looking for a full time service advisor to join our service team. We offer an enjoyable, professional work environment. We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Mpls area for over 60 years.

Your job will be advising customers on the service options when their vehicles need repairs or general maintenance. We expect our service advisors to serve our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner

-Obtain vehicle information; write up customer’s vehicle concerns accurately

-Work with the service technician to advise customers on additional services needed

-Provide an accurate cost estimate for labor and parts, and time frame for the work to be completed for customers

-Communicate with the service technician on progress of repairs throughout the day

-Get customers authorization before the repairs are performed, and if there are any additional repairs

- Order parts and bring parts to service technicians

-Review repair order once work is done to make sure everything is on the invoice correctly

-Call customers to let them know when the work is complete, take payment, close out repair ticket

-Keep counter and front area clean of parts, etc.

Qualifications:

-Excellent customer service skills

-Good organizational skills

-Positive attitude and works well in a team environment

-Previous experience preferred by not required
