- Ability to work independently and with the I.T. "User Facing" team to achieve client promised delivery dates of new project development and current product and online service enhancements.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Sharpe Group clients and coworkers to ensure top level customer service.
- Must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid overall experience working with content management systems.
- Generate new technology approaches that will serve our clients and position Sharpe Group as THE application technology leader for the nonprofit community.
- Create technology focused strategies and tactics for nonprofits that are the most efficient and effective in communicating internally within headquarters and remote offices.
- Solid working knowledge with coding and testing PHP and Javascript.
- Proficient and knowledgeable working with mySQL databases.
- Experience working with Drupal.
- Proven experience working with WordPress.
- Experience with e-Commerce software and systems.
- Experience with website domain setup, redirects, SSL website certificates.
- Proven ability to backup, migrate and maintain server platforms in a virtual environment.
- Solid experience with FTP, SFTP and SSH in a Linux environment.
