Job Description: Lead Software EngineerContract to Hire (Open to candidates that require sponsorship)RemoteDescription:
  • Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and related documents
  • Research and gather source information to determine the information needed for specific proposals.
  • Contribute ideas regarding business solution based on own ideas, experience and research
  • Effectively convey information about Facets products/services to all audiences
  • Inspect and edit own work for clarity and conformance to requirements; work with proposal leadership to address issues
  • Present information to, and effectively communicate with, senior leadership and other key individuals
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the platform.

  • Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and related documents
  • Interview SMEs in business functions
  • Research and gather source information to determine the information needed for specific proposals. Contribute ideas regarding business solution based on own ideas, experience and research
  • Effectively convey information about products/services to all audiences
  • Inspect and edit own work for clarity and conformance to requirements; work with proposal leadership to address issues
  • Present information to, and effectively communicate with, senior leadership and other key individuals
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the platform.

  • Healthcare Specific and Trizetto Facets products
What skills/attributes are required
  • 10+ years of experience in Core Facets product ver 5.8 and above Claims, Members, Provider, Benefits, Payments , Workflow Configuration
  • 12+ years of IT/healthcare experience
  • 5+ years of Project Lead/Technical Lead / Solution Architect
  • 2+ years of hands on experience in working in agile scrum/DevOps model.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Products
  • Experience with Rules engine - REDHAT DROOLS
  • Substantial hands-on technology experience in Facets & Oracle
  • Good understanding about the structure and significance of key /HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc.
  • Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool
