Need Immediate Experienced Landscape Crew Worker- (Lincoln)

Needing Immediate Landscape Crew Worker- with experience preferably- in Lincoln - Ready and willing to work with me on installation jobs every day- full time basically- I have Landscaped here for 20 years and need to replace crew that school issues interupted and I need help ASAP. I am a driven 'old-school' business owner who will trade teaching you the trade and develop you as needed in return for good work given to me and respect for good work ethics and CASH paid at the end of each day worked. I am not in the mood for underachievers or just wanting to loaf and talk, but we work hard and will be rewarded for being productive without hassles and excuses. I am a polished machine who has done this work routine for years and have a set way to do things that fits well, I just need help to accomplish my work for the customers benefit- my benefit- and your benefit also. Teamwork and committment to that is essential. We do virtually all styles of work- tearouts/installations/ tree work/ drainage work/hardscapes/ and virtually all things related. We work a hard 6 1/2- 7 1/2 hour day usually, days off for rain days, Saturdays are optional for you, you drive to the job each day on your own, WE WORK TOGETHER, and I pay cash at the end of each day- short noon breaks only- maybe travel from one job to another if needed while paid, usually within Lincoln or within 10 miles from Lincoln area. I have a farm background and hard work ethics, am older but extremely active and will teach you the trade as we work , and want a good relationship at the end of each day and end of employment. I usually have 2 workers and need 2 now- may take a "pair" that have a connection. You will run wheelbarrows and dig trenches and do things to keep me doing the technical tasks, as you learn them also and do them when I am gone/doing other . I have done it this way for years and years and have a system that you will follow - but it all straight forward and usual labor tasks that you will do. Asking for you to blend in to my system and work hard and get taught / get paid/ get in shape/ get an understanding of pride in your accomplishments. Starting pay in $13-15/hr range depending, most days my workers get $80- 110/day depending on hours worked, sometimes incentives for solid results and harmony that results. Work as weather allows, rain days are meant to do our own errands and are 'off' days. I am a major player in Lincoln and want to keep standards high- but am liberal and understanding also, and make things as positive as possible. Dan- D and R Landscaping Inc.
