Dental Front Office Position

Growing dental practice located in NW Las Vegas is looking for an experienced, full time front office team member.
If you are known as a detailed person, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is able to work at a rapid pace; capable of making 30+phone calls a day, as well as greeting 20+ patients. This person must have proven customer service experience, strong computer skills and the ability to connect with people on a personal level.
Duties include: working knowledge of dental practice software (Open Dental a plus) and all things regarding dental insurance, scheduling appointments by phone and in person, treatment plan presentation, verbal and written communication with patients, and ongoing daily interaction with the patients, and team members.
