Hiring a maintenance technician for fast pace Motel on the Strip. Will complete preventative maintenance, complete work orders as assigned, maintain attractive, clean grounds and common areas.
Ability to work independently and follow written/verbal instructions. Be able to diagnose and repair issues, Light Plumbing, Perform general maintenance, painting, dry walling, and light repairs.
Must pass Background check and Everify.
Pay negotiable based on confirmed experience.
