- Techno -functional consultant with good communication and interpersonal skills required and should have managed Salesforce implementation or a support team
- Should able to work from office at Alameda, CA
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Work with Management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Drive testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and development. Test and QA of enhancements/changes to SFDC deployment using SF.com sandbox.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment, and support
- Provide first-level support to the field, including issue identification, and resolution/escalation
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations including custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules.
- Configures Salesforce.com custom fields, page layouts, email templates, etc.
- Complete regular internal system audits, monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality, communicates impact of changes, and provides recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle all aspects of Salesforce.com user administration including access management, permission sets, role assignments, data uploads, data backups, etc.
- 7+years of experience with beginning to end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects
- Hands on experience of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, Force.com, Apex Code, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, triggers and their use in software development
- Must have Salesforce Platform Developer 1, App Builder and Admin Certifications. Preferred to have Salesforce Service cloud certification.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, Force.com IDE, Web Services, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX and SOAP/REST Web services, SOQL, API
- Experience with integrations using any standard middleware technology (TIBCO, Salesforce-to-Salesforce, MuleSoft, Informatica etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Workflows, Validation Rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows, and security controls
