This well known, investment management group has recently been focused on evolving the brand itself as a tech company and not just a mutual fund company. They have a new Marketing Technology Team that is searching for a strong Senior Manager (Director level internally) to oversee all the DevOps, DevSecOps, and cloud teams. You should have a track-record of strong team performance, managing a group of 20-30 engineers, with a focus on modern technology solutions and tooling, stakeholder management and interfacing, and employee retention and growth. The stack is AWS, Terraform/Cloudformation, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and automating security tasks directly into the pipelines. These groups work to support engineers across the company, and you should be ready to own company-wide initiatives too. This is a full-time opportunity offering great perks and benefits. 3 days a week on-site in office located in Malvern, PA.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Implementing enterprise level security solutions
  • AWS development and management experience (AWS Associate certification or higher preferred)
  • Full Stack Engineering with familiarity in database development and deploying applications in the cloud
  • Programming or scripting experience (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud based security management IDS IPS SIEM tools, such as Splunk, Dome9, AlienVault, AlertLogic, Fortinet, Threat Stack, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead a team that supports platform release coordination and management, software development automation, QA assurance testing, site reliability engineering (SRE), and managed services.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to build and implement new features based on marketing requirements and use cases as reflected in epics and user stories
  • Build an AWS cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance, and resilience
  • Advise on implementing cloud and product security, lead all aspects of the management and remediation of security flaws, oversee the design and maintenance of monitoring, auditing, and reporting frameworks that produce artifacts supporting security and compliance needs
