RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Product Owner - eCommerce Customer Experience. The candidate must live in Dallas and work hybrid in office 2 days. This is a contract only role; long-term, (i.e., 1 year +). Hours are 7am-4pm CST.Key Tasks: Product Owner will manage the full life cycle of customer facing digital solutions for eCommerce from conception and validation through to launch and continuous improvement Work closely with country and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements Own the product roadmap and backlog, working with digital teams (business analysts, technical architects, UX/UI Designers) to deliver high quality work in defined releases Manage the full life cycle of customer facing digital solutions for eCommerce from conception and validation through to launch and continuous improvement Own your roadmap and backlog, working with digital teams to deliver high quality work in defined releases Collaborate with other roles and stakeholders to discover effective solutions to improve customer experience and then work together to deliver those solutions As a Product Owner, you will validate delivery results; Ensuring development decisions stay aligned with business needs, and any issues that arise are addressed as quickly as possible Ensure everything that goes out to our customers, internal or external is of the highest quality Monitor performance and measure impact of your product enhancements Understand and investigate desired impact of features or products on customer behavior vs. actual impactREQUIREMENTS: Degree in a relevant field (Information Systems, Customer experience) Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a product management role Comfortable with Agile methodologies Previous experience in an eCommerce team, ideally in an international/global environment Strong commercial and customer focus Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment in an international environment Ability to communicate effectively and cultivate working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, team members within and across job functions and regions Ability to excel in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilitiesCritical Path, Key Challenges: Ability to deliver results in a fast pace, global environment Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural group and matrix organization Have strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills Resistance to stress Capacity to set right priorities, for self and team Capacity to work with different functions/countries/regions/teams Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
