A client in the education industry is looking for a Platinum Support Tech to add to their growing team. This individual will be focused on providing technical support to the executive members of their staff. That being said, the most important piece of the role will be having the confidence, and white glove level of customer service to rely technical troubleshooting to the highest-level members of the staff. The tools you will be supporting include Windows desktop, Slack, Teams, Zoom and some Mac. This person doesn't nessecarily need to be well versed in Mac already, but they should be open to learning it as well as JAMF. The role will require you to be on-site for the initial ramp up and training for the role. After that, you will only need to come in about one week out of the month when the executive team is on site. There may be a small element of traveling to the executive's home offices on an extremely rare basis as well to troubleshoot any issues in person. Due to this- they are looking to bring in someone that is fully vaccinated and local to the Phoenix valley. Contract Duration: 6-12 Months Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support position
  • Ability to troubleshoot advanced Windows PC computer issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport, listening and question asking to lead users to technical resolution
  • Confidence and ability to rely technical concepts to less technical individuals
  • Proven skills with Active Directory, O365, Antivirus and Virtual Desktops
  • Experience troubleshooting Slack, Teams, and Zoom
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience troubleshooting Mac computers
