JOB TITLE: Technical Product Owner

LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ

Role Summary:The company has an exciting opportunity to support the company’s intranet platform. The role requires previous experience in supporting corporate intranet platforms (Jive, Unily, LumApps etc) and stakeholder management and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a tech savvy ace project manager that is nimble when things change direction. Get ready to make impressions that will last. As part of the Products & Technology team, you will also play an important role in supporting the various corporate applications as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting business and user needs into technical stories.
  • Strong project management skills and cross team collaboration.
  • Establish key metrics and performance indicators to track health and success of Platforms and Applications. Write simple but comprehensive product specifications
  • Analyze various user communities, formulate effective access strategy and streamline product workflows
  • Collaborate with other teams on implementation and/ or upgrade needs
  • Provide introductions and training to users of all different levels (including average users, content owners, news authors). Passionate about user experience
  • Own and Drive Product Roadmap and effectively communicate to all stakeholder communities
  • Work with Application teams on product upgrades and relevance of features in the company’s environment
  • Partner with Key stakeholders to understand digital engagement needs and translate them into Product Roadmap
  • Day to day Care and feed of the company’s Intranet system including managing support tickets with the platform provider, excluding the L1 type tickets
  • Support the company’s corporate systems as needed

Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Identity platforms is required
  • Excellent in English, both written and oral form
  • A resilient self-starter who thrives in an environment of ambiguity and flexibility.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
  • Time zone agnostic. Experienced in and understands the complexities with communicating to colleagues in a global, matrixed organization
