Position Summary: Work alongside a team of engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Create Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for streamlining build, testing, and deployment processes. Design and execute static testing, deployment, and integration testing pipelines automatically and efficiently for multiple inter-dependent projects. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites. Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. Level 1 Junior level resource with some basic experience. Level II Intermediate level resource with significant experience. Job Scope: Customer acumen such as being able to communicate swiftly and effectively with customers directly via chat, video, and tickets. Demonstrate good analytical and diagnostics skills Strong experience in debugging, problem solving, and diagnosing issues across multiple applications stacks running in AWS. General knowledge of the development lifecycle from build to deploy and the tooling involved. Be at ease working with a variety of log data coming from different sources. The ability to clearly express support resolutions in writing as well as contributing to written clear and concise written discussions. Ability to contribute to and write documentation. Process thinking - Experience working off Runbooks and contribute with process steps. Experience working in a tier-1 / tier-2 support. Ability to train more junior support engineers. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge/understanding of Kubernetes and ability to troubleshoot Kubernetes deployment issues.
