Senior Mainframe Application Analyst (COBOL, CICS, JCL, Relational Database Experience Required)

We're currently seeking two Senior Mainframe Application Analysts for the State of West Virginia’s Department of Transportation. The selected candidate must be able to work onsite in Charleston, West Virginia 25305.

• Senior Mainframe Application Analyst must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent work experience required.
• Senior Mainframe Application Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of Mainframe Application development experience using COBOL, CICS, and JCL.
• Senior Mainframe Application Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of Relational Database experience.
• Senior Mainframe Application Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of Analysis and Design experience.
• Senior Mainframe Application Analyst must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a lead analyst or in a senior analyst role.
• Senior Mainframe Application Analyst should have excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) to communicate with various stakeholders including, but not limited to, project managers, business analysts, database administrators and application analysts as well as business policy staff and workers.

• CICS/CICS troubleshooting is most desirable.
