About this Job: Makotek is hiring remote Field Retention Specialists in the Rochester, NY and the surrounding areas to complete work orders assigned by Spectrum. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Adhere to our core principles listed above.➢ Provide exceptional customer service.➢ Commute to customer’s residence to collect equipment.➢ Follow-up with customers when necessary.➢ Communicate with the General Manager at all times. ➢ Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our work-order software.➢ Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations. General Requirements: ➢ Must have a reliable vehicle.➢ Must have insurance for your vehicle.➢ Must have an active Driver’s License. Compensation: ➢ Weekly Paychecks!➢ Production-based pay!➢ Expected earnings are $800-$1,000 per week when working full-time!➢ Mileage compensation provided! Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: ➢ A high school diploma or GED is required.➢ No work experience is necessary. Flexible Schedules between the following hours: Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 9 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 9 PM
