Personnel Source is searching for qualified Maintenance Technicians for our local Eugene client!
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits offered after hire on This is an entry level position, and on the job training is available.Wednesday - Sunday, 6am-3pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in maintaining the beauty and overall appearance of an upscale shopping center and office park.
Maintenance of the building facilities and equipment.
Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Prepare and submit required paperwork and data entry.
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical for installation and repairs.
Requirements:
HVAC experience a plus but not required.
Maintenance experience a plus but not required.
A real go-getter with great attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
Must be able to both work as part of a team as well as independently.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid drivers license.
