Are you interested in working at a well-established Automotive Manufacturer in a long term, full time position that is direct hire?Description:Under supervision of Production Team Coordinator, this position will be working on the line at Honda’s Alabama Auto Plant performing various production assembly processes for automobiles and automobile parts. Process Associates work in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Die Casting, and Machining and Automobile Assembly positions at HAAP.Operate power tools, paint, weld, possibility of operating manual and automatic vehicles (may be assigned to different workstations as production assembly needs change)

Work in an environment that requires personal protective equipment to be worn

Follow Safety Standards

Responsible for understanding and following all operation standards and standard work procedures

Responsible for identifying and reporting abnormal conditions of product and equipment

Participate in product improvement activity such as defect analysis and quality improving

Responsible for quality checks of product to determine if in acceptable limits

Qualifications:At least 1.5 years of continuous, full-time work in a production/manufacturing job OR military experience

Engagement in process/process improvement and values safe work practices

Ability to work in team setting

Relocation Package (for applicants who live 50+ miles away and willing to relocate within 30 miles of Honda plant):$500 for self move

$700 per month for 6 months towards rent
