Janitorial Worker

A downtown Bellevue property management company is hiring janitors/custodians on all shifts!JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide high level of customer service.

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops.

Replace supplies in the bathrooms (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) and wipes down surfaces.

Empty all trash cans, replace lines, and clean receptacles as necessary.

Place full trash bags 55-gallon bucket on castes. When full wheel to dumpster chute for disposal.

Cleaning windowsills and windows.

Maintain janitor closest in a clean safe and operable condition.

Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.

Always wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.

Wipe down any tables in the area; rearranges chairs and mop up any spills that may occur.

Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings and events as necessary.

Make one trip through assigned section every 30 minutes including checking the rest rooms.

Be properly equipped with dustpan, broom, putty knife, cleaning rags, and spray bottle always.

QUALIFICATIONSExperience in janitorial fields preferred but not required.

Willing to submit to pre-employment screening.

Reliability.

PAY$19.60 to $22.60 per hour depending on shift.

SHIFTFirst shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

Second shift: 2:30pm-11:15pm

Third shift: 10:00pm-6:30am

Five days a week- must be available weekends.
